This disclaimer governs the use of all three assessments and any associated reports, content, or recommendations provided through the platform.

2. Educational and Informational Use Only

All assessments, scores, profiles, and reports provided by AiPureIQ are intended solely for educational, informational, and personal self-development purposes. They are designed to offer general insights into cognitive reasoning patterns and vocational interests.

Nothing on this platform constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, psychiatric, career, legal, or financial advice.

3. Assessment Results Are Not Clinical Diagnoses

AiPureIQ assessment results explicitly do not constitute:

• A clinical intelligence quotient (IQ) test result as defined by accredited psychological standards (e.g., Wechsler, Stanford-Binet).
• A medical, psychiatric, or neuropsychological diagnosis.
• An evaluation of any learning disability, cognitive impairment, or mental health condition.

Career profiles, Holland codes, vocational interest scores, and any associated career suggestions generated by the PDR and RIASEC assessments are general guidance tools only. They do not replace:

• Formal academic or aptitude assessment conducted by a certified institution.
• HR screening, competency assessments, or professional recruitment processes.

AiPureIQ strongly encourages users to use assessment results as a starting point for self-reflection rather than as definitive guidance for major life decisions.

5. Accuracy and Inherent Limitations

While AiPureIQ strives to provide high-quality, evidence-informed assessments, all test results are inherently subject to variability and should be interpreted with appropriate caution. Factors that may influence scores include:

• The device, screen size, and display settings used during the assessment.
• The test environment, including noise, distractions, and interruptions.
• The user's physical and emotional state at the time of testing (e.g., fatigue, stress, illness).
• Cultural, linguistic, or educational background differences.
• Intentional or unintentional answer patterns, such as rushing or guessing.

AiPureIQ does not guarantee that results are a complete, accurate, or permanent representation of any individual's cognitive abilities or vocational interests. Scores may vary between sessions.

6. Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to use AiPureIQ assessment results for any of the following purposes:

• Employment screening, hiring decisions, or any form of occupational evaluation.
• Academic admission, scholarship, or educational placement decisions.
• Clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention, or medical treatment planning.
• Legal proceedings, court submissions, or any form of official documentation.
• Any purpose that could result in discrimination based on cognitive ability or vocational profile.

AiPureIQ explicitly disclaims any liability arising from the misuse of its assessment results for any of the above purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the AiPureIQ platform — including but not limited to test questions, algorithms, scoring methodologies, report templates, graphics, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of AiPureIQ. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

8. Data Privacy and Security

The collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data on the AiPureIQ platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is fully compliant with:

• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — European Union.
• The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) — Republic of Turkey.

Users are encouraged to review our Privacy Policy in full to understand their data rights and our data handling practices. Payment transactions are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy; AiPureIQ does not store or have access to payment card details.

9. Payment, Digital Products, and Refund Policy

Purchases made on the AiPureIQ platform are subject to the following conditions:

• All paid reports (Cognitive Ability Index PDF Report, PDR Career Report, RIASEC Career Report) are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment.
• As a general rule, refunds are not offered for digital products once delivery has been completed.
• In the event of a verified technical failure preventing report delivery, users may contact support within 30 days of purchase to request a resolution.
• Regional pricing adjustments based on Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) may be automatically applied; these adjustments are non-negotiable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AiPureIQ, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, any assessment result, report, or content provided on the platform.
• Decisions made by users or third parties based on assessment results, career profiles, or any other platform output.
• Loss of earnings, career opportunities, academic prospects, or any other economic loss connected to the use of the platform.
• Technical errors, platform downtime, data loss, or inaccuracies in assessment results.

The total aggregate liability of AiPureIQ to any user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Updates

This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the use of the AiPureIQ platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

AiPureIQ reserves the right to update or amend this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer. The effective date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
